What you will pay

£199 per year if you are already an IMPA ACT Preferred Supplier;

£599 per year if you are an IMPA member and not yet a Preferred Supplier;

£809.10 per year if you are an Incentra member and not yet a Preferred Supplier;

£899 per year if you are not an IMPA member and not yet a Preferred Supplier.

What you will have to do

To become an IMPA ACT Member, you will have to:

  • Be in a partnership with one of your customers, Extend a partnership offer to one of your customers and join IMPA ACT together, or Commit on your own to undertake the IMPA ACT journey while being advertised as looking for a partner in our IMPA ACT Sustainable Maritime Suppliers' database;
  • Demonstrate a pre-existing commitment to responsible supply chain management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Responsible Business Conduct, and show that your company is committed to sustainable purchasing;

Once accepted as an IMPA ACT Member, you will need to:

  • Collaborate with your partner (if applicable) and the IMPA ACT team;
  • Implement systems to identify, mitigate and remediate your company's adverse impacts on the principles of the IMPA ACT Supplier Code of Conduct, and extend the same requirements to your value chain and business relationships;
  • Contribute with insight when asked by the IMPA ACT team, unless you reasonably cannot;
  • Report the progress made with responsible supply chain management and IMPA ACT every year when prompted to do so by the IMPA ACT team or your partner (failing to do so will render your status as inactive);
  • Advise and Cooperate when you are ready to be evaluated, so the evaluation can be carried out by your customer (i.e. the IMPA ACT Purchaser Member).
